Pizza Bites

This is a fun little switch up on your normal pizza. I found a version of these on Pinterest that you can find here. On the original site they are advertised as low carb, which they are, but it also is great if you can't eat wheat.


Ingredients:

  • 1 large container of mushrooms, cleaned and destemmed
  • 1 small package of peperoni
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take the mushroom caps and fill with cheese. Top with a slice of peperoni and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 10-15 min until they are bubbly and the pepperoni has curled slightly at the edges. Let cool for a few minutes. Enjoy! I served this with salad and garlic bread (see my sad little pieces of GF bread?)
