Ingredients:
- 1 large container of mushrooms, cleaned and destemmed
- 1 small package of peperoni
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take the mushroom caps and fill with cheese. Top with a slice of peperoni and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 10-15 min until they are bubbly and the pepperoni has curled slightly at the edges. Let cool for a few minutes. Enjoy! I served this with salad and garlic bread (see my sad little pieces of GF bread?)
