Mac and Cheese

Up until I found out I couldn't eat wheat, my go to comfort food was Kraft macaroni and cheese. For some reason, despite the un-realness of the cheese, I always preferred it to any other mac and cheese I had. A lot of my friends like Annie's mac and cheese and so when I found a gluten free version, I decided to give it a try.

In comparison the Kraft, this mac and cheese surprisingly took a little less time to make since it doesn't require the milk and butter steps. This one just had a packet of "cheese" that you squeeze into the pasta. This may seem a little ridiculous to say, but this one was really cheesy in comparison to Kraft which I didn't like as much (Isn't that a little sad). Notice this is the "Creamy Deluxe" version. There is a non-creamy deluxe version that I haven't tried yet so it might be less cheesy. Despite the cheesiness, I really liked this alternative and it definitely satisfies my occasional need for some cheesey carbs. Now if only it didn't cost so much it would be true love.
