Restoration Chair Update

Recently, one of the reader's of the blog reached out to me about our issue with our Restoration Hardware dining chairs. They were able to pass this issue up the chain of command (which was super sweet of them to do) and after a few conversations with Restoration Hardware about the issue, a package arrived in the mail. Now, the fact that they found another chair was pretty spectacular, the fact that they sent it to us for free was amazing, but you want to know what I thought was the best part? How it was packed. All the rest of our chairs arrived with a thin plastic covering but nothing else in the box. After explaining to them that I thought this was the reason that they kept coming damaged, look at the awesome packing job we received!
The chair arrived in perfect condition and now we have a complete set. Hopefully the better packing jobs keep up and a huge thank you to Amber and Restoration Hardware for helping me out!
