Wedding #2

Wedding #2 was for Nate's sister. We travelled up to Oswego, NY area and made it just in time for the rehearsal on Friday. Mexico Point is about 15 min from Oswego and is on Lake Ontario. Nate's sister's wedding site was at Mexico Point park which is right on the water.

The park had some weird interesting dolls that Nate tried to move out of the way for the wedding but was quickly stopped by the park authorities so they had to stay.

After the rehearsal, we headed to a restaurant near Nate's sister's house for some dinner.

Fast forward a few hours and it was wedding time!

It was storming all morning long and then stopped and was beautiful for the wedding.

The bride and groom wrote their own vows and the officient was pretty hilarious. Speaking of hilarity, I asked Nate's cousins to pose for me a few times and I'm impressed I actually got a picture because I was laughing so hard.

After the ceremony, we all headed back to Oswego for the reception. We started out on a deck overlooking the river,

And then moved inside for the festivities. There was a father/daughter and grandfather/granddaughter dance.

And, of course, there was a ton of dancing

I must say they also had the cutest photographer ever. He worked so hard the entire night to capture the events!

That was wedding #2! I really can't believe we're only two down out of the six this summer! We have a lot more celebrating to do!
