Fall/Spring

Right now we are experiencing a weird phenomenon with the trees. Apparently, fall and spring happen almost simultaneously in FL which makes for some really interesting foliage. The tall trees in our backyard are shedding their leaves pretty seriously right now and other trees are flowering. My favorite are these trees that have these gorgeous yellow flowers (we recently learned that they are golden trumpet trees) and they are everywhere!

These are a few pics I took with my phone on one of our walks. I love how bright and cheery the flowers are. They brighten up even the dreariest of days. (Like the day these pics were taken)

So right now we have trees in full flower, trees with their bright green leaves starting to appear and other trees dopping their leaves! It's definitely a new weird season to get used to and it's fun to see what new color appears on the scenery everyday.
