Pears with Blue Cheese and Honey

This is super easy but looks fancy and taste decadent. It is a new favorite of mine whenever a meal feels like it needs a little something more.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pear per person
  • Blue Cheese
  • Honey
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut each pear in half and core it keeping as much meat as possible. Fill the divot with blue cheese and place in a glass dish. Repeat for the rest of the pear halves. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is nicely browned and the pear is soft. Drizzle honey on the top of each pear and serve hot. Enjoy!

Note: This is also excellent with goat cheese.
