Fruit Bowl

One thing I didn't really think about when moving to FL was the fact that fruit and veggies ripen REALLY fast when not in the fridge. We realized this when a sweet potato in our old wooden fruit bowl literally melted and basically destroyed the bowl. This meant two things.

                                              1. We needed a new fruit bowl
                                              2. We needed to eat our fruit and veggies faster (or put them in the fridge)

I decided that I wanted a bowl that had a little more character than our plain wooden one and one that could get rinsed out if another sweet potato meets the same fate as the wicked witch of the west.

After much searching, we finally found a bowl at Pier 1. I first had the bowl in the kitchen, but after awhile I decided it disappeared in the kitchen and I liked it better on the dining room table.

Can you see it??

Here you can clearly see the bowl.

I really like the design of the bowl and it is super easy to rinse out. I can even use it as a serving dish!
