Bella the Deer

I had a bit of a surprise last night. Nate's sister informed us that Bella was here. Now, apparently Nate knew who Bella was, but I did not. Therefore, I was surprised to find out that Bella was not only a deer, but a friendly deer. Apparently, Bella was an orphan and so is very comfortable around people. So comfortable that she lets them pet her and take pictures of her.

She apparently visits Nate's sister's house pretty frequently and Nate's sister has some really awesome pictures of her. She is also very good friends with Nate's sister's dog, Esa. The most surprising thing besides Bella herself was how warm her ears were.

 Zoe met her and was very interested in her until Bella got spooked, which spooked Zoe, and resulted in her hiding for about 10 min. This resulted in us freaking out for that 10 min. It didn't help that Zoe is black and cannot be seen in the dark. Luckily, she was fine and came back to us and I was able to get a few more pictures before Bella decided to move on.
