We took a trip up to Maine a few weeks ago for two weddings. Both of them were for friends that we've known for quite awhile.
On Saturday, we went to our friend Diana's wedding. She had her ceremony right on the coast which was just gorgeous.
I unfortunately forgot my memory card so I don't have a ton of photos but it was a lot of fun catching up with friends from college that we haven't seen in way too long.
Sunday we went a little further south in Maine for the wedding of one of my childhood friends LJ. LJ's dad was actually Nate's band director in college so they knew us separately before we even met.
It was a little rainy so the ceremony was moved indoors but it was still beautiful.
LJ is an amazing trumpet player and joined the band for a few songs. It was a lot of fun and made the wedding very unique. The band was so good and I don't know if you can tell from the pic but all of their "sheet" music was on iPad's!
It was a really fast weekend and I was thoroughly exhausted by the time we got home (since I had also travelled the weekend before) but it was go great to be able to celebrate with our friends.
