Ingredients:
- 1 large or a few small sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch pieces
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Paprika
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, toss the fries with enough oil to just barely coat them (about 2 teaspoons for 2 small sweet potatoes). Sprinkle with paprika and toss. Spread onto a cookies sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the fries are soft when speared with a fork. Let cool about 5 minutes and Enjoy!
These sound good and healthy, too. I wouldn't have thought of adding Paprika but I'll bet it adds a smokey delicious flavor to the fries.
