Yummy Cauliflower

We learned how to make this from a friend a few months ago. Ever since it has been a slight obsession of ours. If you aren't a huge fan of cauliflower, this will change your world. We have been doing little adaption from the original recipe depending on our mood and it is really amazing how hard this is to mess up.

Ingredients for the base:
  • 1 head of cauliflower, washed and cut into thin slices
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
Add-ons:

  • Dried Cranberries (gives a more fruity flavor and adds texture)
  • Raisins (adds texture)
  • Pine Nuts (gives a more savory flavor)
  • Cayenne Pepper (adds spice!)
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread the cauliflower out onto a cookie sheet. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and paprika and toss so that all the cauliflower is covered. Add whatever add-ons you are in the mood for and mix with the cauliflower. Bake for 20-25 min and stir halfway through the cooking time. Let cool for about 5 minutes and Enjoy!
