Pizza Dough Sticky Buns

Madeline is having the case of the Mondays. Normally she is sprawled out on a couch somewhere but after panicking because I couldn't find her, I discovered her chilling under the protection of the ottoman (which she has to belly crawl to get under).

You know what can solve a case of the Mondays? These awesomely easy sticky buns (at least if you are a human... sorry Madeline)

If you aren't wheat free these are SUPER easy. Buy a prepackaged ball of pizza dough (most super markets carry it in the deli or near the frozen pizza). Roll it out and cover in melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough up and cut into 2" chunks and arrange in a greased pan. Bake for about 40 min or until golden brown. Drizzle with a mixture of powder sugar and water and eat up!

If you want a wheat free version, you can make a wheat free dough like this one and then follow the above directions and you'll have an awesome morning treat sure to cure any case of the Mondays.
