I'm a little late with posting these but better late than never right? We travelled up to Boston about a month ago for our friend's wedding. Despite living there for years and travelling there even more, this was the first time we stayed in a hotel in the immediate area.
This was the view from our hotel room. The hotel literally sits over the Mass Pike which was pretty cool.
The wedding was held in a restaurant near Kendall Square. The decor was very unique and cool including the light fixtures above and the wall of plants below (they even had tiny pineapples growing!)
The ceremony was beautiful with lots of light and a friend performing the ceremony.
We shifted around the restaurant as the night went on first with a cocktail hour in a more lounge type space (I didn't get any pics from that) and then moving into a separate room for dinner.
The night included the Hora which I had never seen in person before. It was pretty amazing and the DJ did an amazing job keeping everything organized and going.
We had an amazing time while we were up (and we even were able to get some shopping in :)) but that will be our last trip up North for awhile.
